MOUNTAIN VISTA

Pacific Property Company selected Ventana for the management and repositioning of Mountain Vista Apartments, a 526-unit multi-family community in Fremont, California.
530 RAMONA STREET

A Private partnership selected Ventana for the management and leasing of 530 Ramona Street, a newly constructed 13,000 square foot office building in downtown Palo Alto, California, leased to Technology Crossover Ventures.
4240 HOLLIS STREET

ERPM Inc., an entity owned by Pixar Animation Studios, selected Ventana for the management of a 55,000 square foot commercial building in Emeryville, California.
SANTANA ROW

Federal Realty Investment Trust, a Reit based in Rockville, Maryland, selected Ventana as consultants for Santana Row, a mixed-use development ultimately consisting of 1,200 luxury lofts, townhomes and apartments, 575,000 square feet of upscale retail, and a boutique hotel. Santana Row is located in San Jose, California and is scheduled to open in 2002. It will be the first mixed-use Main Street development in the Bay Area.
