Ventana has been retained by Delmas Park Associates, L.P. to provide leasing, marketing and property management services for Delmas Park Apartments, a 123 unit housing community in San Jose, California.

Core Development has selected Ventana for the management and leasing of Artist's Ark, a 148 unit housing community for local artists.  Artist's Ark is located in San Jose, California.

Ventana Property Services has been selected by Applied Materials for the management of various commercial office parks, encompassing approximatley 400,000 square feet in Santa Clara, Austin, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona.

Crane Street Developers has selected Ventana for the property management of 38,000 square foot Crane Street Medical Center, located in Menlo Park, California.

Bella Villagio, a newly developed 231 unit, Class A residential community in San Jose, California has successfully completed its lease up, under the managemenet of Ventana Property Services.
