Ventana Property Services offers employees a comprehensive health care plan. You have two medical plans to choose from, plus a dental plan, vision plan, Employee Assistance Program, Life and AD&D Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Long Term Disability, and 401 (k). Below are descriptions of each plan.
Blue Cross Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Plan

    When you enroll in the Blue Cross HMO plan, you select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who coordinates and manages your health care services. Your PCP provides routine care and refers you to specialists when necessary. No claim forms are required for this plan.

Blue Cross Health Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan

    When you enroll in the PPO plan, you may obtain services from any provider you wish. All eligible expenses are paid at Usual, Customary and Reasonable (UCR) rates as determined by Blue Cross. When you obtain services from providers who participate in the Blue Cross PPO network, your benefits are greater. No claim forms are required for in-network services.

Dental Care Plan

    Ventana offers the Aetna Dental Plan. If you obtain care from a dentist who participates in the Aetna PPO network, you have the opportunity to save money. Participating dentists agree to discount their charges, and benefits are based on discounted fees.

Vision Care Plan

    VSP has a nationwide network of participating optometrists and ophthalmologists.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    The Employee Assistance Program is for all employees and their eligible family members. It offers 24-hour confidential, professional counseling and referrals.

Life and AD&D Insurance

  • Aetna Basic Life Insurance
  • Aetna Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Flexible Spending Account

  • Health Care Spending Account: Allows you to set aside up to $1,000 pre-tax dollars on an annual basis.
  • Dependent Care Spending Account: Allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible dependent care expenses, up to a maximum of $5,000 per Plan year.

Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance

401 (k) Plan

    Ventana's 401 (k) Plan is designed to encourage saving to provide additional security at your retirement. The 401 (k) Plan has a discretionary matching provision. Ventana Property Services makes a matching contribution to the 401 (k) Plan on your behalf.
