To redevelop an existing 5,000 s.f. automotive shop built in 1924 to a Class "A" office building. Provide entitlement, property management, financial, leasing, marketing and project management services for the project.
A 6,000 square foot Class "A" office building was developed and occupied by a leading venture capital firm. In 2002, this building was given the BOMA Silicon Valley "Under 100,000 Sq. Ft. Office Building" award.
